Playout is a free floor-plan editor at playout.homes. Using it means you agree to these (mercifully short) terms.
Playout is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that your data will never be lost — please export anything you'd hate to lose (layout menu → Export JSON). Playout is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional architectural or engineering advice; verify dimensions and code compliance before building anything.
Your layouts are yours. We claim no ownership or license over them beyond what's needed to store them and show them back to you (and to people you share a link with). Delete them whenever you like.
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other people's data, no disrupting the infrastructure, no illegal use. We may suspend accounts that do this — it's the only reason we ever would.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Playout, including lost data, lost profits, or a kitchen island that turned out two inches too wide.
We may update these terms; changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Playout after a change means you accept it.
